Stabbing in the City of Sonoma

On 2-9-08 at about 0220 hours, Sonoma Police deputies were dispatched to the 7-11 store at 201 W. Napa St. in Sonoma to a reported stabbing.

Deputies arrived in the area and found a stabbing victim near the Black Bear Diner. The 30-year-old white male victim suffered a stab wound to his lower abdomen. He was transported to Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa where he underwent surgery. A second victim, a 27-year-old white male, was later located near the Sonoma Plaza. He suffered a small wound to his hand that was treated at the scene.

The suspects were described as being at least two white male adults in a red, newer model, full size, Dodge pick-up truck with a billet-style grille. It was last seen headed westbound on W. Napa St. from the 7-11 store. Two females were also seen in the red truck.
