Subject: could weather tampering have played a part in the 800-some fires in CA?

Dear Mr. Adachi:

I was wondering if HAARP or weather tampering could have caused that "unprecidented dry lightning storm" that touched off some 800 fires in California and (according to the news) in the San Francisco bay area, there's 200 fires that are raging out of control and completely unattended.

I understand weather has its dips and spikes and can be sporatic and CA is prone to drought and fires anyway, but could weather tampering have played a part here this time? Granted, we're known to get some pretty bad fires (especially if the forests haven't been thinned out and the underbrush cleared out and we've had drought), but this does seem to be way over the top.

I'm also suspicious of all the flooding in the midwest.

Sincerely,

Ms. Roxan

***

Hello Roxan,

The "wild" fires which occurred in southern California in late October of 2007 --all of them--were intentionally set by government sponsored agents, Whether it was CIA, or Mossad, or military, etc. I don't know, but I do know the fires were set by arsonists and the cover story of "downed power lines" was utterly bogus and fabricated. The fires were started to create the pretext for an "emergency response" and legitimize the event as a "crisis"-which brings federal money--and, in turn, federal control strings. They created the fires in order to justify spending more money for fire fighting equipment, more firefighting planes, more jobs, more emergency response teams, more flood control expansion, more appropriations of a host of "emergency requirements".

Starting fires in areas which have been intentionally dried out by engineered droughts is not new and not just limited to California. A few years back, we had torch jobs in adjoining states in order to accomplish hidden political, black op agendas.

ZS Livingstone wrote a few articles some years ago about the Tesla technology which our manipulators employ to cause the eruption of forest fires by literally hurling lightning balls at chosen locations

If you were to carefully study the incidents of wild fires in California over the past 60 years let's say, you would see that the cluster of fires in the last decade, for example, are all out of statistical proportion to the norm for this area. Why? Because government Black Ops weren't intentionally starting fires in past decades.

Chemtrails work in league with HAARP and special weapon satellites to cause all kinds of weather anomalies, including droughts.

There is no way we would have over 1000 tornadoes, many of them intense and very destructive, in the USA in the span of six months. No way on earth. Look through the weather historical records for the past 100 years and you will see nothing even close to these statistics. These killer tornadoes are being CREATED by government technology, just as the Hurricanes of 2005 were created by the government. The Dec. 2004 Tsunami in the Pacific that killed so many was artificially created, probably by undersea nuclear detonation. The China Sichuan earthquake was artificially created

The torrential rains in the midwest, I believe, are more the work of Sylphs to sabotage the chemtrail poisoning operations and to detoxify the ground of chemtrail pollutants and metals. I'm sure there are other reasons which I'm not aware of, but I agree with ZS Livingstone and others, that it's likely the Sylphs bringing the rain.

It's a Universal Law: For every negative action, there is an equal and OPPOSITE positive reaction. It can't be any other way. The more reckless and destructive they get, the more will be the push-back in the positive direction.

Haven't you notice just how REMARKABLY clear and blue the skies have been of late? The Sylphs are showing up in huge armadas and transmuting chemtrails FASTER than the chem planes can lay down the chemtrails! This isn't happening everywhere, but it's happening in areas that have orgone generators OR people with focused intent to clear up the sky of chemtrails. .I plan to post many photos showing how well the Sylphs are clearing the skies of late. It's almost a miracle.

Regards, Ken

CALIFORNIA ASKS 'BUSH' TO DECLARE FIRE EMERGENCY-

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has asked President George W. Bush to declare a state of emergency as fires continue to burn throughout California.

State fire officials said lightning strikes last weekend sparked 1,000 blazes across Northern California that so far have burned 302 square miles. More lightning storms are expected this weekend.

Schwarzenegger is requesting direct federal assistance. That would include air and ground firefighting crews, debris removal, and help evacuating and sheltering residents and animals.

Fire crews from 41 states have arrived to help California firefighters battle hundreds of blazes that are darkening skies over the Central Valley and San Francisco Bay area, reported KCRA-TV in Sacramento.

Schwarzenegger Won't Order Fireworks Ban

Schwarzenegger on Friday said that he does not plan on ordering a statewide ban of fireworks, reported KCRA-TV.

"Public safety is my top priority, and I want all Californians to enjoy the upcoming Fourth of July holiday, but also to celebrate it safely. I do not plan to order a statewide ban of fireworks, but I do encourage fire-affected counties to take a good look at their resources and take the appropriate steps at the local level, including a fireworks ban if necessary, to protect their communities and prevent any further aggravation of our state's already severe fire situation," Schwarzenegger said in a statement.

Meanwhile, another day of smoke-filled skies prompted advice from air-quality officials that people cancel or postpone outdoor activities.

"We acknowledge cancellation of these programs can be a hardship for all participants, and we appreciate those who have taken the step to put the health of their participants ahead of other considerations during this extended period of unhealthy air quality," Sacramento County Health Officer Glennah Trochet said.

The threat of fire has already led communities across Northern California to nix plans for Fourth of July fireworks displays.

Subject: N. Calif. "wildfires"

Hi, Ken:

Not long ago, a mainstream article entitled "California Braces for Fire Season" ran in Yahoo! I immediately interpreted it as part of a ploy; a coordinated effort on the part of the global elite. They have an immense passion for playing with words and creating double meanings via the mainstream media, after all.

Shortly afterwards, 800 fires are suddenly burning out of control and choking the air here in N. Calif. Coincidence? I think not. I attempted to confirm my suspicions through internet research, and I managed to find your posted response to an inquiry about the cause. I completely agree that most of these blazes are 100% premeditated, with dry land prepared by HAARP-induced droughts over past "non-rain" season. I keep hearing about dry lightning strikes, although I'm yet to see any. As far as nature goes during summer in the Golden State, it seems irrational that natural dry lightning could possibly have created the current extent of blazes. I anticipate any such phenomenon is created by the HAARP system.

I'm concerned the foul air may persist for weeks. The prevailing winds are not dissipating the smoke. Response to the fires will be deliberately inadequate. Currently, I work in Benecia where the air quality has been made atrocious by the fires. I can't do any physical activity in this area as my lungs and sinuses can't manage well. It's presently better in the South Bay; hopefully I can find some relief there this weekend.

Regards,
J. Stearns

Subject: California Fires

Dear Ken,

My name is Keith Howe and I live in San Jose. I read the article on Weather Tampering and California "Wild" Fires and agree that these fires are being set. They are strategically spaced to ensure that the smoke from them covers as large a population as possible. I also believe that toxic chemicals, in addition to, or in lieu of flame retardants, are being dumped on the fires. This has the same effect as a chemical bomb, but few people would suspect that anyone would do something so “horrific”.

The chemicals become more toxic when burned and remain airborne much longer when attached to the smoke particles, thus increasing its deadly effectiveness. They did this last year also with fires igniting within 40 minutes of each other, one near Sacramento and one near San Jose. The William Henry Coe Fire , I believe. There was also seismic activity in the 2.0 range at that time, as I checked the USGS to see if the mushroom cloud coincided with seismic activity. Furthermore, the seismic activity was rectangular as occurs with an undergound detonation as opposed to a slow increasing, spike followed by a similar decline.

There was also a mushroom cloud that rose up out of the smoke on about the third day which I videotaped. I suspect that was an undergorund nuke set off by Lawrence livermore labs as I pointed it out to observers and asked them what they see and they respond ‘it looks like a bomb went off’. Very clever way to murder populations while they actually think they are being helped.

When the Bonnie Dune fire in the Santa Cruz mountains was burning, I noticed what looked like a small gasoline truck headed in the general direction of Moffett Federal Airbase. It was marked “Evergreen Environmental Services” on the truck, so I did a google search and found it to be a toxic waste disposal company!

Later that evening I saw on TV news a fenced in area where various helicopters were landing to reload with “flame retardants” to allegedly fight the fire with. There were several of the same looking tankers in that fenced in area with the helicopters. Just seems like another method of genocide being used. Also probably clearing humans off the land for Agenda 21.

Another tactic being used is C130 transports flying 3-4 circles at very low altitude while they dump thousands of gallons of whatever out the engines before they land at Moffett Airfield. If it is JP8 fuel, it is full of ethylene dibromide, a banned pesticide and extreme carcinogen. It could be just about anything, and should be stopped immediately.

Also the bogus West Nile Virus spraying and light Brown Apple moth are excuses for human experimentation (HR1119, section 1078, at:
commdocs.house.gov/reports/105/h1119.pdf (go to pages 703 through 706 of document for section 1078, Human Experimentation )

There are two verses in Isaiah referring to the Latter days “when towers falling, terrorism, and “THE DAY OF THE GREAT SLAUGHTER” are referred to. It appears the Twin Towers are the reference point in time, and this is “The Day of Great Slaughter”.

Isaiah 30:25
And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.

Isaiah 33:18
Thine heart shall meditate terror. Where is the scribe? where is the receiver? where is he that counted the towers?

INDEX-TRIBUNE STAFF REPORT

Local drivers who have not set up their mobile phones for hands-free operation while driving a car have until Tuesday, July 1 to act, or they need to pull over every time they make or receive a call. Drivers under 18 are banned from using a cell phone or pager while driving, hands free or not. For drivers over the age of 18 several Sonoma Valley businesses offer a variety of devices that will meet the letter of the law. If your phone already has a speaker/microphone feature, simply using it will suffice. Ralph Mann of Wireless Mann in Sonoma says that his personal choice is the wireless visor-mounted device, which he says comes in clear and strong and works with "Bluetooth" compatible devices. Another Bluetooth-compatible option is a one-piece device that fits over one ear. "Just be sure to buy one that is of good quality," Mann stated. "The cheaper devices are only worth what you pay for them." His favorite visor model sells for $89, while the ear piece version is $69. For customers who have an older, non-Bluetooth phone, he sells ear buds that can be connected via a wire to a cell phone. They sell for $15 to $19. Although Mann offers Verizon Wireless phone service, the hands-free devices are compatible with most Bluetooth phones.

Chris Foy, general manager of Wireless Group in Sonoma Marketplace, says that the new Bluetooth hands-free devices are being sold this week as fast as he can unpack the boxes. The most popular are the portable "car kit" visor-mounts, including one that actually tells drivers who is calling them (if their name is in the phone book an owner can download into the phone). The fancier kits start at $100 and go up, but Foy also sells the less expensive "wired" ear buds for those people with older phones. Wireless Group also offers cell phone service via Sprint, Nextel, Verizon and Metro PCS. Sonoma Phoneman Joe Contreras has a good supply of wire and wireless devices from under $20 to more than $100 depending on the make and model. He says that the favorites are the visor-mounted Bluetooth compatible models. He added that most people who have purchased a cell phone within the last two years have Bluetooth compatible phones.

Radio Shack in Sonoma offers six different hands free devices from $9.95 for a wire-connected ear bud up to a $139 visor-mounted wireless device that works through your car radio speakers.

Headsets that cover both ears also work and can be purchased on the Web and at some stores, but it is illegal to drive with both ears covered with a headset.
In any case, fines for holding a cell phone up to you ear and talking while driving start at $93 for the first offense and move to $181 for each additional offense.

A 5- to 10-acre fire east of Glen Ellen was burning land near Cavedale Road.

A vegetation fire of unknown acreage on Harrison Grade Road in west Sonoma County was also reported just before 1:30 p.m. Occidental, Graton and Camp Meeker fire crews are battling that blaze, officials said.

While neighboring counties are battling hundreds of blazes, Tuesday’s fires are Sonoma County’s only two wildfires of the week.

At the Cavedale Road fire, crews were “hitting it real hard,” said Talon Sutherland, a Cal Fire firefighter.

Four air tankers were making continuous drops on the blaze in an effort to curtail it’s growth quickly, Sutherland said.

The fire was reported at about 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Crews had gained the upper hand Tuesday in the Wild fire, located northeast of Napa and northwest of Fairfield, and contained 80 percent of the blazes, Sutherland said.

A foothold was also made in the Walker Fire near the Colusa County line in Lake County, 5 percent contained at 2 p.m. Tuesday.

New Cell Phone Law July 1, 2008

Max Turner, 17, uses his phone while parked in his car in Corte Madera. On July 1, a state law goes into effect that prohibits teens from using the phone while driving and requires adult drivers to use a hands-free device.

CORTE MADERA resident Max Turner isn't fretting about a new law barring cell phone use while driving.

"I think it would be hard to keep from talking while I drive, if I was really going to obey the law," said Turner, 17, a senior at Redwood High School. "If someone calls me in the car, I'm still going to pick it up."

Starting July 1, state law will prohibit teenagers from using cell phones while driving. Adults over 18 years old can use a cell phone, but only with a hands-free attachment.

Turner isn't the only teen in Marin dismissive of the new law. California Highway Patrol Officer Mary Ziegenbein said she spoke to students at Novato and San Marin high schools, and most of the kids already knew about the law.

"They didn't seem very worried about it," Ziegenbein said.

Teens and adults alike may not have to worry much about the new law. Ziegenbein said CHP officers won't be pulling over motorists for cell phone infractions alone.

"Our focus now is, and has always been, on watching for speeding, reckless driving, dangerous incidents like that," Ziegenbein said. "We're not going out looking for people on cell phones. We could, per the law, pull them over for that, but that's not our focus."

California is the fifth state to enact a cell phone driving law, joining Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Washington, D.C. Violations will carry a minimum fine of $20 for the first offense and $50 for subsequent offenses.

Drivers under 18 are banned from using cell phones in 17 other states.

According to CHP statistics, 1,091 crashes in 2007 were caused by drivers using hand-held cell phones. A total of 447 people were injured in those crashes.

"People don't seem to be aware when they talk on their cell phones," said Dara Moskowitz, 67, of Terra Linda. "I've seen enough crashes happen to think, 'It's not that important to answer the phone. You'll get the message later.'"

Moskowitz said she is happy with the new law and hopes it will discourage teenage drivers from being distracted.

Turner said he doesn't make calls while he's driving, but he does answer when someone calls him. He said that's the way most teenagers operate when they are driving, something that is not likely to change with the new law.

"I don't think a lot of kids are aware of the new law," Turner said. "Even if they are, I don't think it's going to change much."

The caveat of using a headset is not a saving grace for Turner, who turns 18 on Dec. 8.

"The headset is kind of dorky," he said. "It makes me look like Mr. Spock."

Turner said his mom is planning to buy a new phone that has Bluetooth capability, a technology that allows for wireless headsets.

John Daley, the owner of Nexcomm Wireless in San Rafael, said sales of headsets have increased dramatically in recent months. He said customers are constantly asking about the new law.

"We're having difficulty keeping our most popular models of headsets in stock," Daley said. "We've started beefing up our inventory big-time."

Moskowitz said she does not have a headset yet. She plans to get one, but is not in a hurry.

"If I have to answer the phone, I pull over and answer it," Moskowitz said. "I didn't grow up with a cell phone attached to my ear, so it's not such a major thing for me."

Moskowitz said she doesn't think people will take the law seriously until word gets out about tickets being issued. Daley similarly expects even bigger business once the law goes into effect.

"When the first tickets start getting handed out, we'll see even more sales," Daley said.

Ziegenbein said the new law will not affect the way she patrols.

Turner said he can see the benefit of the new law.

"It's all about reducing distractions, which I understand," Turner said. "At the same time, I'm not very happy about it.

"I try not to talk on the phone when I'm driving," he said. "I still find I do it a lot, though."

Twist and Shout on Hold

In 2007, Danny Arredondo of the California Department of Food and Agriculture — along with an audience of 6 year-old Vincent Souza and 3 year-old Frank Souza — hung pheromone-laced twist ties in trees near Coffield Avenue in Napa to prevent breeding of the light brown apple moth. source

Representatives from the state Department of Food and Agriculture have postponed placing hundreds of special “twist ties” into two Sonoma neighborhoods until fish and wildlife experts can study the program designed to combat the light brown apple moth.

The twist ties, which are laced with a chemical to attract the male moth and disrupt the reproductive cycle, were to be put out this week. The plan followed the finding of an apple moth earlier this year in the two neighborhoods.

Tuesday the agricultural officials said they were postponing the action until they can better understand the impact of the twist ties on aquatic life, should any ties inadvertently end up in a nearby creek.

Additionally, a number of residents have called the county and said they don’t want the ties placed around their homes and yards. Supervisor Valerie Brown, who represents Sonoma, has asked the Board of Supervisors to hold a hearing on the 8-inch twist ties next month.

The light brown apple moth is a native of Australia. It feeds on a variety of plants ranging from grapes to redwoods.

After discovering the moth in Sonoma, the state last month declared a 15-square-mile moth quarantine area extending from western Sonoma north to Eldridge.

The two neighborhoods are the area of Arnold Drive and Craig Avenue and around Bokman Place in the residential neighborhood south of Flowery Elementary School.

Residents in the quarantine area are prohibited from taking plants and other “host materials” off their properties, while agricultural growers are required to allow trapping and inspections to show their crops are free of the moths.

This past September, the secretive mercenary company Blackwater USA found its name splashed across front pages throughout the world after the company's shooters gunned down seventeen Iraqi civilians in Baghdad's Nisour Square. But by early 2008, Blackwater had largely receded from the headlines save for the occasional blip on the media radar sparked by Congressman Henry Waxman's ongoing investigations into its activities. Its forces remained deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan, and business continued to pour in. In the two weeks directly following Nisour Square, Blackwater signed more than $144 million in contracts with the State Department for "protective services" in Iraq and Afghanistan alone and, over the following weeks and months, won millions more in contracts with other federal entities like the Coast Guard, the Navy and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
